Terms of Use

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all matters relating to the use of the Service between users and the Company.

2. The Service

The Service is an information media that provides information about crane game arcades and user reviews, together with maps, in Japanese, English and Traditional Chinese. Listed information is compiled from public sources and its accuracy, completeness and timeliness are not guaranteed.

3. No account required

No registration is required to browse or post reviews. Users may post anonymously but must comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

4. Prohibited conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Infringing the rights of third parties (reputation, privacy, portrait, intellectual property, etc.)
• Posting false, factually incorrect or misleading reviews
• Repeated fraudulent posting, sockpuppeting, or manipulation of ratings for a store
• Advertising, solicitation, promotional posts, redirection to external sites, or spam
• Discriminatory, defamatory, threatening, obscene or violent content
• Posting personal information or contact details
• Interfering with the Service, unauthorized access, or excessive automated access
• Any other act the Company deems inappropriate

5. User content and license

Rights to content you post remain yours. However, you grant the Company a free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, translate, adapt and publicly transmit your content for operating, improving and promoting the Service. The Company may hide or delete content it deems in violation of Section 4 without prior notice, and has no obligation to monitor posts.

6. Automated moderation

To prevent spam and inappropriate content, the Company applies automated filtering (including AI moderation) and rate limiting to submissions. Some posts may therefore not be published or may be delayed.

7. Disclaimer

The Company makes no warranty as to the accuracy, usefulness or fitness for a particular purpose of any store information, review or map data. Prices, hours, prizes and locations may change; please verify with each store's official sources. The Company is not liable for actions taken based on the Service, nor for disputes between users or between users and third parties (including listed stores).

8. Intellectual property

Copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property related to the Service belong to the Company or rightful owners. Map data follows the licenses of its providers such as OpenStreetMap. Reproduction, redistribution, modification or commercial use without prior permission is prohibited.

9. Changes and suspension

The Company may change, suspend or terminate the Service without prior notice and is not liable for resulting damages.

10. Changes to these Terms

The Company may revise these Terms without individual notice. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and use of the Service are governed by Japanese law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's head office as the court of first instance.
